Today, I decided to blog/talk about my physical activity that contributed to my weight loss. During the past few months, I increased my physical activity. Sometimes I go to the gym (the convenient gym at my apartment community), sometimes I walk around my apartment community and sometimes I walk around Gainesville. Years ago, walking was difficult. I remember saying no to my coworkers who walked around DC daily (at lunchtime). Back then, when I walked a lot, my back hurt. I think the weight caused that. Now, I walk a lot with little problems. It is an accomplishment!
Here are some photos from a recent walk. I was on an overpass looking at traffic on the I-75.
Those photos of vehicles (on the I-75) reminded me of photos I took in Laurel, MD. I was out with my father.
