New blog

This is my new blog to apply life lessons (from https://www.facebook.com/lifelessons1) for weight loss success! My first step: Create a plan. As H. Stanley Judd  stated, "a good plan is like a road map: it shows the final destination and usually the best way to get there."

For now, my plan is to eat less and exercise more. My goal is to exercise at least three times a week (maybe I'll also join a gym).  I also plan to make healthier food choices and count calories.

I know from experience that sticking to the plan is really hard so I need to think of ways to stay on track. One idea is to exercise with a friend, preferably a friend with no kids or husband like me.
I'll think about this some more.
